Demo data mode:seeded Bristol records are synthetic and pages are kept noindex until real public evidence is imported into the Railway Postgres database.
Corrections policy

Corrections policy

Corrections are free, reviewed and audited. User reports are verification triggers, not automatic facts.

How corrections are reviewed

  • We check source quality, date, scope and confidence before changing a public fact.
  • Practice corrections can receive higher confidence after practice verification.
  • Disputed NHS accepting status is relabelled, refreshed or suppressed until resolved.
  • Ambiguous prices are marked from/range/review required rather than forced into medians.

Service standards

  • High-risk NHS acceptance disputes should be reviewed first.
  • Incorrect address, phone or source identity issues should be triaged before page promotion.
  • Practices never need to pay to correct factual data.
  • Paid commercial relationships cannot change source-backed ranking order.
Important: a correction report does not prove a fact by itself. It creates a review task and may trigger source checks, practice contact or temporary suppression.
