Principles
- No individual patient data is collected for publication.
- User bill checker submissions are not published as verified practice prices.
- Practice data is sourced from public, official and practice-published sources where possible.
- IP hashes may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not public identification.
- Data is not sold to third parties in a form that identifies individual users.
Operational rules
- Corrections trigger review tasks rather than automatic publication changes.
- Disputed source-backed records are relabelled, refreshed or suppressed until resolved.
- Stale NHS acceptance and price evidence is demoted or shown with freshness warnings.
- Methodology changes require a version update and public explanation.
